Seed Collector Training in Bedford NY

Learn how to collect seeds for Wild Woods Restoration Project.

This is a two part training. Meeting indoors we’ll cover how to select a collection site, seed collection protocols, data recording and post-collection seed handling. Then we’ll go outdoors to scout sites and review collection protocols.

Training is a requirement for volunteers collecting seeds for Wild Woods Restoration Project. Limited to 10 attendees.
